Lead Generation Specialist

Fortune Minds Inc. is looking for a highly-motivated Lead Generation Specialist with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exhibiting exception phone communication skills and ability to persuade new business prospects to learn more about our offerings. This individual will be responsible for working as part of a team to support the Inside Sales Representatives and Account Executives in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Sales background is preferred Experience with Zoho CRM 1-3 years of experience in customer service, lead generation or IT sales representative role.
Desirable Skills Proficiency in MS Office 2016 and higher Exposure to a range of different sales systems Ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking related to estimating a prospect’s interest level in the company’s offerings Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills Effective Time Management Skills
Responsibilities Research and target qualified leads from various online sources. Work in-house to generate new leads with the potential to become qualified prospects (as per pre-specified business criteria). Reach out to qualified leads via telephone and email (individual emails and targeted campaigns) to schedule appointments. Track prospects, identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company’s CRM. Manage lead and prospect data and accurate log of activity on the in-house CRM system. Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and summarize key findings from phone conversations. Convey the status of each cold calling conversation with the rest of the Sales/Marketing teams to help refine further communications. Make cold calls in order to obtain key information from qualified leads who meet the business criteria. Perform outbound prospecting and develop new sales opportunities across specific target accounts. Work in close coordination with the sales teams to arrange conference calls/in-person meetings with prospective clients. Generate weekly reports of outbound calls and emails to prospective clients and keep a close record of the status of each prospect on the sales pipeline. Use internal approved sales messaging templates to support lead quality and volume.
